131治療自主功能性甲狀腺結節(jié)的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年2月—2019年2月在駐馬店市中心醫(yī)院治療的自主功能性甲狀腺結節(jié)患者86例，采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組與治療組（各43例）。對照組口服碘[131I]化鈉口服溶液，555 MBq/次，1次/d。治療組患者在給予服用碘[131I]化鈉口服溶液同時口服內消瘰疬丸，1次8丸，3次/d。治療4周對比效果。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者甲狀腺功能指標及甲狀腺結節(jié)數(shù)目和大小。結果 經(jīng)治療，治療組有效率為97.67%，明顯高于對照組（81.40%，P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，2組三碘甲狀腺原氨酸（T3）、甲狀腺素（T4）、游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸（FT3）及游離甲狀腺激素（FT4）水平均降低，而促甲狀腺激素（TSH）水平均增高，且以治療組改善顯著（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，治療組在甲狀腺結節(jié)縮小及消失數(shù)目上均優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。結論 內消瘰疬丸聯(lián)合碘131治療自主功能性甲狀腺結節(jié)可促進甲狀腺結節(jié)的消失，改善機體甲狀腺功能，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。;Objective To explore the clinical effect of Neixiao Luoli Pills combined with Iodide[131I] in treatment of autonomic functional thyroid nodules. Methods Patients (86 cases) with autonomic functional thyroid nodules in Zhumadian Central Hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control (43 cases) and treatment (43 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Sodium Iodide[131I] Oral Solution, 555 MBq/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Neixiao Luoli Pills on the basis of the control group, 8 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the levels of T3, T4, TSH, FT3 and FT4, the number and size of thyroid nodules in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.40%, which was significantly lower than 97.67% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of T3, T4, FT3 and FT4 in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but the TSH levels in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the thyroid function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the number and size of thyroid nodules in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
