目的 探討復(fù)方大紅袍止血片聯(lián)合復(fù)方醋酸棉酚治療功能性子宮出血的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年5月—2020年5月在鄭州大學(xué)附屬南陽市中心醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的152例功能性子宮出血患者為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)就診順序分為對(duì)照組（76例）和治療組（76例）。對(duì)照組口服復(fù)方醋酸棉酚片，20 mg/次，1次/d；治療組患者在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方大紅袍止血片，2 g/次，3次/d。兩組均治療8周進(jìn)行效果比較。比較兩組的臨床療效，觀察兩組臨床癥狀改善時(shí)間、激素水平和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)情況。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療，對(duì)照組總有效率為81.58%，顯著低于治療組97.37%（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，治療組在淋漓不止、腰膝酸軟、小腹墜痛、經(jīng)行不暢、經(jīng)血色淡等癥狀改善時(shí)間上均顯著短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組血清雌二醇（E₂）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）、促黃體生成素（LH）水平均較治療前顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療后，治療組性激素水平顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組血清促血管生成素-2（Ang-2）、水通道蛋白4（AQP4）均顯著降低，但血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子（VEGF）、β內(nèi)啡肽（β-EP）水平均顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組Ang-2、AQP4水平顯著低于對(duì)照組，但VEGF、β-EP顯著高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方大紅袍止血片聯(lián)合復(fù)方醋酸棉酚治療功能失調(diào)性子宮出血具有較好的臨床療效，可有效改善患者的臨床癥狀，還可有效改善機(jī)體血清細(xì)胞因子水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Dahongpao Zhixue Tablets combined with compound gossypol acetate in treatment of functional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 152 patients with functional uterine bleeding who were treated in Nanyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group (76 cases) and treatment group (76 cases) according to the order of treatment. Patients in the control group were po administered with Compound Gosspol Acetate Tablets, 20 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Dahongpao Zhixue Tablets on the basis of the control group, 2 g/time, three times daily. The two groups were compared after 8 weeks of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, hormone levels and serological indicators of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 81.58%, significantly lower than that of the treatment group (97.37%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, serum estradiol (E₂), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of sex hormones in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of angiogenin-2 (Ang-2) and aquaporin 4 (AQP4) were significantly decreased in both groups, but the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and β endorphin (β-EP) were significantly increased in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of ANG-2 and AQP4 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, but the levels of VEGF and β-EP in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Dahongpao Zhixue Tablets combined with compound gossypol acetate has a good clinical effect in treatment of functional uterine bleeding, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and also can effectively improve the body's serum cytokine level, which has certain clinical application value.
