目的 探討?yīng)氁晃赌z囊聯(lián)合醋酸地塞米松口腔貼片治療復(fù)發(fā)性口瘡的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年2月—2019年7月白銀市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的80例復(fù)發(fā)性口瘡患者為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組給予醋酸地塞米松口腔貼片，貼于患處，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服獨(dú)一味膠囊，0.6 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察臨床療效，比較兩組的消腫時(shí)間、潰瘍愈合時(shí)間、疼痛消失時(shí)間、血清炎癥因子和免疫細(xì)胞水平以及疼痛程度。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率97.50%明顯高于對(duì)照組的75.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的消腫時(shí)間、潰瘍愈合時(shí)間、疼痛消失時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）水平明顯升高，腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）水平明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的TGF-β₁水平高于對(duì)照組，TNF-α、IL-8水平低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺、自然殺傷（NK）細(xì)胞明顯升高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺、NK細(xì)胞高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分均明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組VAS評(píng)分降低更明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 獨(dú)一味膠囊聯(lián)合醋酸地塞米松口腔貼片可提高復(fù)發(fā)性口瘡的療效，改善臨床癥狀和免疫功能，促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Duyiwei Capsules combined with Dexamethasone Acetate Oral Mucoadhesive Patches in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods Patients (80 cases) with recurrent aphthous ulcer in Baiyin Third People’s Hospital from February 2019 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were given Dexamethasone Acetate Oral Mucoadhesive Patches, pasted on the affected area, 1 paste/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Duyiwei Capsules on the basis of the control group, 0.6 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and detumescence time, ulcer healing time and pain disappearance time, the serum levels of inflammatory factors and lymphocytes, and pain intensity in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75%), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the detumescence time, ulcer healing time, and pain disappearance time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TGF-β₁ in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TGF-β₁ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, CD4⁺, CD4⁺/CD8⁺, and NK cells in the two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, CD4⁺, CD4⁺/CD8⁺, and NK cells in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Duyiwei Capsules combined with Dexamethasone Acetate Oral Mucoadhesive Patches can improve the curative effect of recurrent aphthous ulcer, improve the clinical symptoms and immune function, and promote the wound healing.
