目的 探討靈寶護(hù)心丹聯(lián)合雙心醫(yī)學(xué)模式治療心身疾病的臨床療效。方法 選擇2018年7月—2019年7月上海中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬曙光醫(yī)院收治的100例心身疾病患者為研究對(duì)象，將所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各50例。對(duì)照組運(yùn)用雙心醫(yī)學(xué)模式進(jìn)行護(hù)理干預(yù)。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服靈寶護(hù)心丹，3～4丸/次，3～4次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較兩組的中醫(yī)癥狀積分、心率和生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為92.0%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的總有效率78.0%，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者中醫(yī)癥狀積分均顯著降低（P<0.05），治療組中醫(yī)癥狀積分明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的心率均有小幅度降低，差別無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，并且治療后兩組患者心率比較差異不顯著。治療后，兩組患者的生理評(píng)分、心理評(píng)分、社會(huì)關(guān)系評(píng)分、環(huán)境評(píng)分均明顯升高（P<0.05），并且治療組患者的心理評(píng)分、社會(huì)關(guān)系評(píng)分、環(huán)境評(píng)分水平均顯著高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 靈寶護(hù)心丹聯(lián)合雙心醫(yī)學(xué)模式治療心身疾病具有較好的臨床效果，可明顯改善患者中醫(yī)癥候總積分和生活質(zhì)量，值得在臨床中應(yīng)用推廣。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lingbao Huxin Pills combined with double-heart medical model in treatment of psychosomatic diseases. Methods Patients (84 cases) with psychosomatic diseases in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were given nursing intervention with double-heart medical model. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Lingbao Huxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 3 — 4 pills/time, three to four times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score, heart rate, and quality of life in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.0%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the heart rates of the two groups were slightly decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant, and there was no significant difference between two groups after treatment. After treatment, the scores of physiology, psychology, social relationship, and environment of two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the scores of physiology, social environment, and environment in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lingbao Huxin Pills combined with double-heart medical model has clinical curative effect in treatment of psychosomatic diseases, can significantly improve the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms and quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
