目的 探討天麻素膠囊聯(lián)合苯妥英鈉片治療三叉神經(jīng)痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年3月-2020年9月在駐馬店市中心醫(yī)院就診的100例三叉神經(jīng)痛患者，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例。對照組口服苯妥英鈉片，100 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎上口服天麻素膠囊，0.1 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀、視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分、血清5-羥色胺（5-HT）、β-內(nèi)啡肽（β-EP）、前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）、白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平。結果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率為94.00%，對照組的總有效率為82.00%，組間比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的發(fā)作次數(shù)、發(fā)作持續(xù)時間明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組發(fā)作次數(shù)、發(fā)作持續(xù)時間降低的更明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組的VAS評分明顯低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的5-HT、PGE2、IL-1β水平明顯降低，β-EP水平明顯升高（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的5-HT、PGE2、IL-1β水平低于對照組，β-EP水平高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 天麻素膠囊聯(lián)合苯妥英鈉片可提高三叉神經(jīng)痛的臨床療效，減輕臨床癥狀和疼痛程度，調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)的分泌，減輕神經(jīng)炎癥反應。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gastrodin Capsules combined with Phenytoin Sodium Tablets in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Patients (100 cases) with trigeminal neuralgia in Zhumadian Central Hospital from March 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Phenytoin Sodium Tablets, 100 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gastrodin Capsules on the basis of the control group, 0.1 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms, VAS scores, the serum levels of 5-HT, β-EP, PGE₂, and IL-1β in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates were 94.00% and 82.00% in the treatment group and control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the attack frequency and attack duration of two groups were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The attack frequency and attack duration of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). And the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of 5-HT, PGE₂, IL-1β, in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of β-EP in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of 5-HT, PGE₂, and IL-1β in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the levels of β-EP in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Gastrodin Capsules combined with Phenytoin Sodium Tablets can improve the clinical curative effect of trigeminal neuralgia, reduce the clinical symptoms and pain degree, regulate the secretion of neurotransmitters, and reduce the neuroinflammatory reaction.
