目的 探討壯骨關(guān)節(jié)膠囊聯(lián)合玻璃酸鈉注射液治療膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年5月-2019年11月新鄉(xiāng)市第一人民醫(yī)院收治的膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者95例，根據(jù)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組（47例）和治療組（48例）。對(duì)照組給予玻璃酸鈉注射液2 mL，每周1次。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服壯骨關(guān)節(jié)膠囊，0.9 g/次，2次/d。兩組均持續(xù)治療12周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后西安大略和麥克馬斯特大學(xué)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎指數(shù)（WOMAC）和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的臨床總有效率是89.58%，顯著高于對(duì)照組（68.09%，P<0.05）。兩組治療后，僵硬評(píng)分、關(guān)節(jié)疼痛評(píng)分、軀體功能評(píng)分、WOMAC量表總評(píng)分均較治療前顯著下降（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組WOMAC量表各評(píng)分均顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）及白介素-6（IL-6）均較治療前顯著下降（P<0.05）；且治療組炎癥因子水平低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 壯骨關(guān)節(jié)膠囊聯(lián)合玻璃酸鈉注射液治療早期膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者療效肯定，可有效改善膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)血清炎性因子，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhuanggu Guanjie Capsules combined with sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 95 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Xinxiang First People's Hospital from May 2016 to November 2019 were selected and divided into the control group (47 cases) and the treatment group (48 cases) according to the number table method. Patients in the control group were given 2 mL Sodium Hyaluronate Injection once a week. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhuanggu Guanjie Capsules on the basis of the control group, 0.9 g/time, twice daily. Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of WOMAC score and serological indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 89.58%, significantly higher than that in the control group (68.09%, P<0.05). After treatment, stiffness score, joint pain score, somatic function score and WOMAC total score in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the WOMAC scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 were significantly decreased in the two groups compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). The inflammatory factors in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhuanggu Guanjie Capsules combined with sodium hyaluronate has a positive effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis, and regulate the serum inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical promotion and application value.
