目的 探討耳聾膠囊聯(lián)合甲潑尼龍治療突發(fā)性耳聾的臨床效果。方法 選取2017年10月-2019年10月天津市泰達(dá)醫(yī)院收治的82例突發(fā)性耳聾患者，隨機(jī)分成對照組（41例）和治療組（41例）。對照組患者口服甲潑尼龍片，48 mg/次，1次/d，晨起頓服，連服5 d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服耳聾膠囊，3粒/次，2次/d，連服10 d。兩組連續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組受損頻率平均聽閾、耳鳴評分、耳悶脹感評分和血清學(xué)因子的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組突發(fā)性耳聾總有效率為90.2%，高于對照組（82.9%），但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。治療后，治療組耳鳴總有效率是94.6%，顯著高于對照組的75.0%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組耳悶脹感總有效率是95.5%，顯著高于對照組的66.7%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組受損頻率平均聽閾均顯著低于同組治療前，且耳鳴評分、耳悶脹感評分均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組受損頻率平均聽閾、耳鳴評分、耳悶脹感評分均顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子（TNF）-α水平均顯著低于本組治療前水平（P<0.05）；且治療后，治療組CRP、TNF-α水平顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 耳聾膠囊聯(lián)合甲潑尼龍治療突發(fā)性耳聾的總體療效確切，能有效促進(jìn)患者聽力的恢復(fù)，尤其在改善患者伴隨癥狀和機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)方面有顯著優(yōu)勢，且安全性較好，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Erlong Capsules combined with Methylprednisolone in treatment of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 82 patients with sudden deafness admitted to Tianjin TEDA Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group (41 cases) and treatment group (41 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Methylprednisolone Tablets, 48 mg/time, once daily. They took for 5 d after getting up in the morning. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Erlong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 capsules/time, twice daily. The two groups were treated consecutively for 10 d. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the changes of average hearing threshold of impaired frequency, tinnitus score, ear dullness score and serological factors were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of sudden deafness in the treatment group was 90.2%, higher than that in the control group (82.9%), but the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, the total effective rate of tinnitus in the treatment group was 94.6%, significantly higher than 75.0% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of muffled feeling in the treatment group was 95.5%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.7%, P<0.05). After treatment, the average hearing threshold of impaired frequency in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and tinnitus score and ear dullness score were significantly reduced (P<0.05). After treatment, the average hearing threshold of impaired frequency, tinnitus score and ear dullness score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of CRP and TNF-α in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, CRP and TNF-α levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Erlong Capsules combined with Methylprednisolone has a definite overall effect in treatment of sudden deafness, and can effectively promote the hearing recovery of patients, especially has a significant advantage in improving patients' accompanying symptoms and the body's inflammatory response with a good safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
