目的 探討清肝降壓膠囊聯(lián)合他氟前列素滴眼液治療開角型青光眼的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年1月-2020年8月洛陽市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的94例開角型青光眼患者作為研究對象，按照隨機數(shù)字表法將94例患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各47例。對照組給予他氟前列素滴眼液，1滴/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服清肝降壓膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，比較兩組患者治療前后的眼壓、缺損值（MD）、視敏度值（MS）、平均血流速度（V_m）、搏動指數(shù)（PI）、收縮期血流峰值速度（PSV）。結果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率為93.62%，對照組的總有效率為78.72%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的眼壓、MD明顯降低，MS明顯升高，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的眼壓、MD低于對照組，MS高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的V_m、PSV明顯升高，PI明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的V_m、PSV高于對照組，PI低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 清肝降壓膠囊聯(lián)合他氟前列素滴眼液可提高開角型青光眼的療效，降低眼壓，改善患者的臨床癥狀和血流動力學水平，且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qinggan Jiangya Capsules combined with Tafluprost Eye Drops in treatment of open angle glaucoma. Methods Patients (94 cases) with open angle glaucoma in Luoyang Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 47 cases. Patients in the control group were given Tafluprost Eye Drops, 1 drop/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qinggan Jiangya Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and intraocular pressure, mean defect of visual field (MD), mean of sensitivity (MS), mean flow velocity (V_m), pulsatility index (PI), and peak systolic velocity (PSV) in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 93.62% and 78.72%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the intraocular pressure and MD of the two groups were significantly decreased, but the MS of the two groups was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the intraocular pressure and MD of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, but the MS of the treatment group was higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VM and PSV of the two groups were significantly increased, but the PI of the two groups was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VM and PSV of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but the PI of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Qinggan Jiangya Capsules combined with Tafluprost Eye Drops can improve the curative effect of open angle glaucoma, reduce intraocular pressure, and improve the clinical symptoms and hemodynamic level, with good safety.
