目的 探討黃柏膠囊聯(lián)合異維A酸紅霉素凝膠治療輕中度痤瘡的臨床療效。方法 選擇2018年9月-2020年2月在鄭州市第七人民醫(yī)院治療的輕中度痤瘡患者127例，隨機(jī)分為對照組（63例）和治療組（64例）。對照組外涂異維A酸紅霉素凝膠，1~2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服黃柏膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者皮損形態(tài)、類型、數(shù)量和皮膚生理功能情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床有效率為76.19%，顯著低于治療組的90.63%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者皮損形態(tài)、類型、數(shù)量評分顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者表皮含水量和表皮油脂含量均明顯升高（P<0.05），而經(jīng)皮水分丟失（TEWL）水平明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組改善效果明顯比對照組好（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 黃柏膠囊聯(lián)合異維A酸紅霉素凝膠治療輕中度痤瘡，可明顯改善患者皮損、色素沉著等臨床癥狀，增強(qiáng)皮膚生理功能，臨床療效好，安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huangbai Capsules combined with Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel in treatment of mild acne. Methods Patients (127 cases) with mild acne in the Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from September 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control (63 cases) and treatment (64 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were administered with Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel, 1-2 times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huangbai Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of skin lesion shape, type and quantity and skin physiological function in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 76.19%, which was significantly lower than 90.63% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of skin lesion shape, type, and quantity in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the content of epidermal water and epidermal oil in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), but the TEWL levels were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the skin physiological function in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huangbai Capsules combined with Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel in treatment of mild acne can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of skin lesions, pigmentation, enhance the physiological function of skin, and has good clinical efficacy, safety and reliability.
