目的 探討藍(lán)芩口服液聯(lián)合頭孢克肟治療小兒急性咽炎臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月-2020年1月在河南大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院治療的92例急性咽炎患兒，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各46例。對照組患者口服頭孢克肟顆粒，1.5~3.0 mg/kg，2次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服藍(lán)芩口服液，20 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀消失時間、血清炎性因子水平和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為78.26%和95.65%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患兒咽部紅腫、咽痛、咳痰癥狀消失時間均早于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒血清白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療期間，對照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為23.91%，顯著高于治療組的10.87%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 藍(lán)芩口服液聯(lián)合頭孢克肟治療小兒急性咽炎的臨床療效顯著，能明顯改善患兒臨床癥狀消失時間，有效改善血清炎性因子水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Lanqin Oral Liquid combined with cefixime in treatment of acute pharyngitis in children. Methods Children (92 cases) with acute pharyngitis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 46 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Cefixime Granules, 1.5-3.0 mg/kg, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Lanqin Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 20 mL/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the recovery time of clinical symptoms, the levels of serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 78.26% and 95.65%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of swollen pharynx, sore throat and expectoration in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, the adverse reactions rate in the control group was 23.91%, which was significantly higher than 10.87% in treatment the group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Lanqin Oral Liquid combined with cefixime has a significant clinical effect in treatment of acute pharyngitis in children, can significantly improve the recovery time and effectively improve the level of serum inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
