[摘要]
目的 研究茶黃素對高尿酸血癥模型小鼠的降尿酸作用。方法 采用氧嗪酸鉀誘導(dǎo)高尿酸血癥小鼠模型,茶黃素低、中、高劑量(6、20、60 mg/kg)和別嘌呤(10 mg/kg)連續(xù)ig給藥7 d,檢測高尿酸血癥小鼠血清尿酸(UA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)、天冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)水平,評價茶黃素的降尿酸作用。結(jié)果 與對照組比較,模型組小鼠血清CRE、BUN、AST和ALT水平顯著升高;與模型組相比,茶黃素中、高劑量組小鼠血清UA、CRE、BUN、AST、ALT水平顯著降低(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 茶黃素對于氧嗪酸鉀誘導(dǎo)的高尿酸血癥模型小鼠有良好的降尿酸作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the reducing uric acid effect of theaflavins on hyperuricemia mice. Methods Hyperuricemia mice model was induced by potassium oxazinate. Theaflavins were fed to rats for 7 d with theaflavins at low, medium, and high doses (6, 20, and 60 mg/kg) and allopurinol (10 mg/kg) continuously. The serum uric acid (UA), urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (CRE), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels in mice were determined to evaluate the uric acid-lowering effect of theaflavins. Results Compared with the control group, the serum UA, BUN, CRE, AST, and ALT levels in mice of model group were significantly increased. Compared with the model group, the serum UA, BUN, CRE, AST, and ALT levels in mice of medium and high dose of theaflavins groups were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion Theaflavins have uric acid lowering effect on hyperoxalemia mice induced by potassium oxazinate.
