目的 觀察首薈通便膠囊治療老年功能性便秘（虛秘證）的臨床療效。方法 選擇天津市人民醫(yī)院2017年10月-2020年1月120例老年功能性便秘（虛秘證）患者，根據(jù)就診順序分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組患者服用乳果糖口服液，15 mL/次，2次/d。治療組患者口服首薈通便膠囊，1粒/次，3次/d。兩組均治療1個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀評分和遠期療效。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是93.33%，顯著高于對照組的80.00%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者便秘癥狀均有不同程度緩解，兩組患者治療后癥狀積分、Wexner評分均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組癥狀積分、Wexner評分均顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。隨訪發(fā)現(xiàn)，對照組復發(fā)率是30.0%；治療組復發(fā)率是11.67%，治療組顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 首薈通便膠囊對老年功能性便秘虛秘證的治療效果顯著，遠期效果更佳，應廣泛應用于臨床。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shouhui Tongbian Capsules in treatment of senile functional fonstipation (deficiency syndrome). Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with functional fonstipation (deficiency syndrome) in Tianjin People's Hospital from October 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of treatment, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were po administered with Lactulose Oral Solution, 15 mL/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shouhui Tongbian Capsules, 1 capsule/time, three times daily. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the clinical symptom score and long-term efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%, P<0.05). After treatment, constipation symptoms in two groups were relieved to varying degrees, and symptom score, and Wexner score in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, symptom score and Wexner score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Follow-up showed that the recurrence rate in the control group was 30.0%. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 11.67%, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shouhui Tongbian Capsules has a significant effect in treatment of senile functional constipation and its long-term effect is better, which should be widely used in clinical practice.
