目的 探討復(fù)方片仔癀軟膏聯(lián)合鹽酸伐昔洛韋片治療帶狀皰疹的療效。方法 選擇2019年4月-2020年4月在商丘第一人民醫(yī)院治療的帶狀皰疹患者92例，根據(jù)用藥的差別分為對照組（46例）和治療組（46例）。對照組口服鹽酸伐昔洛韋片，0.3 g/次，2次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上涂抹復(fù)方片仔癀軟膏，取適量涂抹于患處，3次/d。兩組患者均進行10 d治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀改善時間、DLQI評分、PSQI評分、VAS評分，及血清疼痛物質(zhì)P（SP）、前列腺素E2（PGE2）、降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽（CGRP）、神經(jīng)生長因子誘導(dǎo)蛋白（VGF）、β-內(nèi)啡肽（β-EP）和神經(jīng)降壓素（NT）水平。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療，治療組總有效率顯著高于對照組（P<0.05），治療組在臨床癥狀改善時間上均優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。兩組治療后DLQI評分、PSQI評分和VAS評分均顯著降低（P<0.05）。治療組DLQI評分、PSQI評分和VAS評分明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。兩組患者血清SP、PGE2、CGRP、VGF水平均顯著下降，而β-EP、NT水平均升高（P<0.05）。治療組SP、PGE2、CGRP、VGF、β-EP和NT水平明顯好于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方片仔癀軟膏聯(lián)合鹽酸伐昔洛韋片治療帶狀皰疹可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，提高患者睡眠及生活質(zhì)量，改善機體疼痛介質(zhì)水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Compound Pianzihuang Ointment combined with valaciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Patients (92 cases) with herpes zoster in First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from April 2019 to April 2020 were divided into control (46 cases) and treatment (46 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Valacyclovir Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.3 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Compound Pianzihuang Ointment on the basis of the control group, applied proper amount to the affected area, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, DLQI scores, PSQI scores, VAS scores, and serum levels of SP, PGE2, CGRP, VGF, β-EP and NT in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the clinical symptom improvement time of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, DLQI score, PSQI score and VAS score in both groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). The scores of DLQI, PSQI and VAS in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, serum SP, PGE2, CGRP and VGF levels in two groups were significantly decreased, while β-EP and NT levels were increased (P<0.05). The serum levels of SP, PGE2, CGRP, VGF, β-EP and NT in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Pianzihuang Ointment combined with valaciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve their sleep and quality of life, and the level of pain mediators, which has a certain clinical application value.
