目的 探討維生素D滴劑聯(lián)合阿法骨化醇軟膠囊治療骨質(zhì)疏松癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月-2019年12月因骨質(zhì)疏松癥來河南省榮軍醫(yī)院接受治療的134例患者為研究對象，將所有患者隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各67例。對照組口服阿法骨化醇軟膠囊，2粒/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服維生素D滴劑，400 IU/次，1次/d。兩組患者的治療時間均為3個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后生活質(zhì)量、骨代謝指標(biāo)、疼痛情況、行走恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為77.6%、94.0%，與對照組比較治療組總有效率明顯較高（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的社會功能、軀體功能、角色功能、認(rèn)知功能評分均顯著升高（P<0.05），與對照組比較治療組社會功能、軀體功能、角色功能、認(rèn)知功能評分均明顯較高（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組骨鈣素（BGP）、甲狀旁腺激素（PTH）、堿性磷酸酶（AKP）水平均降低，25羥基維生素D（25-OH-D）水平升高，治療前后比較差異有顯著意義（P<0.05）；治療后，與對照組比較治療組BGP、PTH、AKP水平均降低，25-OH-D水平升高（P<0.05）。與治療前比較，治療后兩組的視覺模擬疼痛量表（VAS）評分均降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組VAS評分與對照組比較顯著較低（P<0.05）。治療后，與對照組恢復(fù)行走率（80.6%）相比，治療組恢復(fù)行走率（97.0%）明顯較高（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 維生素D滴劑聯(lián)合阿法骨化醇軟膠囊治療骨質(zhì)疏松癥臨床效果較好，可明顯改善骨代謝、疼痛情況，有效恢復(fù)患者行走功能，明顯提高生活質(zhì)量水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Vitamin D Drops combined with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules in treatment of osteoporosis. Methods Patients (134 cases) with osteoporosis in Henan Rongjun Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 67 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules, 2 grains/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Vitamin D Drops on the basis of the control group, 400 IU/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and quality of life, bone metabolism index, pain, and walking recovery in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 77.6% and 94.0%, respectively, and there was significantly difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of social function, physical function, role function, and cognitive function in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and after treatment, the scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of BGP, PTH, and AKP in two groups were decreased, while the levels of 25-OH-D in two groups were increased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of BGP, PTH, and AKP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the level of 25-OH-D in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and after treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the recovery rate of walking in the treatment group (97.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.6%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Vitamin D Drops combined with Alfacalcidol Soft Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of osteoporosis, can significantly improve the bone metabolism and pain, effectively restore the walking function of patients, significantly improve the quality of life.
