目的 研究玄七通痹膠囊聯(lián)合塞來(lái)昔布膠囊治療類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年10月-2019年10月鄭州市第六人民醫(yī)院收治的120例類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎患者，將120例患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各60例。對(duì)照組口服塞來(lái)昔布膠囊，0.2 g/次，1次/d；治療組患者在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服玄七通痹膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者接受治療12周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀、血清炎性因子。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率（96.67%）顯著高于對(duì)照組（86.00%），組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組腫脹關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)、壓痛關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)、晨僵時(shí)間、病情活動(dòng)度評(píng)價(jià)表（DAS28）評(píng)分均明顯降低（P<0.05），并且治療組腫脹關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)、壓痛關(guān)節(jié)數(shù)、晨僵時(shí)間、DAS28評(píng)分降低程度較大（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清血沉（ESR）、C-反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、類風(fēng)濕因子（RF）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平顯著降低（P<0.05），并且治療組血清ESR、CRP、RF和TNF-α水平降低程度顯著高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 玄七通痹膠囊聯(lián)合塞來(lái)昔布膠囊治療類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎具有較好的治療效果，能夠改善臨床癥狀，降低血清炎性因子水平。

Objective To study the efficacy of Xuanqi Tongbi Capsules combined with Celecoxib Capsules in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Patients (120 cases) with rheumatoid arthritis in Zhengzhou Sixth People's Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Celecoxib Capsules, 0.2 g/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xuanqi Tongbi Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms and inflammatory factor in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.00%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the number of swollen joints, tenderness joints, morning stiffness time, and DAS28 score in the treatment group were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the number of swollen joints, number of tendered joints, time of morning stiffness, and the score of DAS28 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ESR, CRP, RF, and TNF-α in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the serum levels of ESR, CRP, RF, and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuanqi Tongbi Capsules combined with Celecoxib Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, can improve the clinical symptoms, and reduce the serum level of inflammatory factors.
