目的 探討一清膠囊聯(lián)合重組牛堿性成纖維細胞生長因子凝膠治療復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年6月-2020年2月鄭州市口腔醫(yī)院收治的復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍132例，隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各66例。對照組患者局部涂擦重組牛堿性成纖維細胞生長因子凝膠，3次/d。治療組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服一清膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療1周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者潰面愈合和潰瘍疼痛持續(xù)時間，炎性因子白細胞介素-12（IL-12）、IL-17和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平，及鏈球菌、韋榮氏菌和奈瑟氏菌數(shù)量水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床有效率為81.82%，顯著低于治療組的93.94%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組潰面愈合時間、潰瘍疼痛持續(xù)時間明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者IL-12水平均顯著升高，IL-17、TNF-α水平顯著下降（P<0.05），且治療組上述指標(biāo)改善幅度更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組鏈球菌、韋榮氏菌、奈瑟氏菌數(shù)量均顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組升高更明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 一清膠囊聯(lián)合重組牛堿性成纖維細胞生長因子凝膠可顯著促進復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍恢復(fù)，減輕患者疼痛，糾正口腔微生態(tài)環(huán)境紊亂，臨床療效較好，且安全性較高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Yiqing Capsules combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Patients (132 cases) with recurrent oral ulcer in Zhengzhou Stomatological Hospital from June 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 66 cases. Patients in the control group were local smear administered with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 week. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the ulcer healing time and ulcer pain duration, the serum inflammatory factors of IL-12, IL-17, and TNF-α, the quantities of Streptococcus, rongella and Neisseria in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.82%, which was significantly lower than 93.94% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the ulcer healing time and ulcer pain duration in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the IL-12 levels in two groups were significantly increased, but the IL-17 and TNF-α levels were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the improvement of these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the quantities of Streptococcus, Rongella and Neisseria in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqing Capsules combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel can significantly promote the recovery of patients with recurrent oral ulcer, relieve the pain, and correct the disorder of oral microecological environment, which has better clinical efficacy and higher safety.
