目的 探討資生丸聯(lián)合柳氮磺吡啶腸溶片治療潰瘍性結腸炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2018年3月—2020年3月河南醫(yī)學高等?？茖W校附屬醫(yī)院收治的113例潰瘍性結腸炎患者，根據(jù)隨機分層抽樣法分為對照組（56例）和治療組（57例）。對照組口服柳氮磺吡啶腸溶片，1 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎上口服資生丸，10丸/次，3次/d。兩組均治療4周。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀改善時間、疾病活動指數(shù)（DAI）評分、血清白細胞介素-8（IL-8）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、C反應蛋白（CRP）水平。結果 治療后，治療組的總有效率91.23%，比對照組的73.21%更高（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組治愈時間、黏液膿血便消失時間、黏膜愈合時間短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者DAI評分均下降（P<0.05），且治療組DAI評分低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組TNF-α、IL-8、CRP水平均顯著下降（P<0.05），且治療組TNF-α、IL-8、CRP水平較對照組更低（P<0.05）。結論 資生丸聯(lián)合柳氮磺吡啶腸溶片治療潰瘍性結腸炎患者可改善臨床癥狀，同時還可降低血清IL-8、TNF-α、CRP水平，具有較好的療效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zisheng Pills combined with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Patients (113 cases) with ulcerative colitis in the Affiliated Hospital of Henan Medical College from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into the control group (56 cases) and the treatment group (57 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets, 1 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zisheng Pills on the basis of the control group, 10 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the DAI scores, and the levels of IL-8, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.23%, which was higher than 73.21% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the cure time, the disappearance time of mucus pus and bloody stool, and the mucosal healing time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the DAI scores of two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and the DAI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-8, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of TNF-α, IL-8, and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Zisheng Pills combined with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis, and reduce the serum levels of IL-8, TNF-α, and CRP, which has a good curative effect.
