目的 探討注射用丹參多酚酸鹽聯(lián)合苯溴馬隆膠囊治療痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年7月—2020年9月在河南省洛陽正骨醫(yī)院就診的92例痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各有46例。對(duì)照組口服苯溴馬隆膠囊，50 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注注射用丹參多酚酸鹽，200 mg/次，1次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的疼痛消失時(shí)間、紅腫消失時(shí)間，檢測兩組血清中白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、血尿酸、血沉水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為93.48%，對(duì)照組的總有效率為78.26%，兩組對(duì)比有明顯差異（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的視覺模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療組VAS評(píng)分降低更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的疼痛消失時(shí)間、紅腫消失時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的IL-8、IL-1β、血尿酸、血沉顯著降低，TGF-β₁顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的IL-8、IL-1β、血尿酸、血沉低于對(duì)照組，TGF-β₁高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 注射用丹參多酚酸鹽聯(lián)合苯溴馬隆膠囊可提高痛風(fēng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效，減輕疼痛程度，降低炎癥因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Salvianolic Acids for injection combined with Benzbromarone Capsules in treatment of gouty arthritis. Methods Patients (92 cases) with gouty arthritis in Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital of Henan Province from July 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 46 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Benzbromarone Capsules, 50 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Salvianolic Acids for injection on the basis of the control group, 200 mg/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, the disappearance time of pain and swelling in two groups were compared, and the levels of IL-8, IL-1β, TGF-β₁, serum uric acid, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in two groups were detected. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.48%, while that of the control group was 78.26%, and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the pain disappearance times and swelling disappearance time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-8, IL-1β, serum uric acid, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of two groups were significantly decreased, while TGF-β₁ of two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-8, IL-1β, serum uric acid, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, while TGF-β₁ of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Salvianolic Acids for injection combined with Benzbromarone Capsules can improve the curative effect of gouty arthritis, reduce the degree of pain, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
