目的 探討百安洗液聯(lián)合硝呋太爾治療霉菌性陰道炎的臨床研究。方法 選取2018年8月—2019年8月在平煤神馬醫(yī)療集團(tuán)總醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科就診的128例霉菌性陰道炎患者，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組（64例）和治療組（64例）。對(duì)照組患者外用硝呋太爾制霉素陰道軟膠囊，于晚上臨睡前清洗外陰后陰道給藥，放入陰道后穹窿處，1粒/次，1次/d，連續(xù)外用7 d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上外用百安洗液，10 mL/次，2次/d，用溫水稀釋至100 mL沖洗陰道，連續(xù)使用7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀治愈時(shí)間、血清氧化應(yīng)激產(chǎn)物和血清炎性因子的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率96.88%顯著高于對(duì)照組的76.56%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者白帶異常、外陰瘙癢、外陰陰道疼痛、黏膜充血等臨床癥狀治愈時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組內(nèi)皮素1（ET-1）、丙二醛（MDA）均顯著降低，但一氧化氮（NO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組患者ET-1、MDA指標(biāo)均低于對(duì)照組，而NO、SOD指標(biāo)均高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清炎性因子白細(xì)胞介素4（IL-4）、白細(xì)胞介素6（IL-6）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組這些血清炎性因子水平顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 百安洗液聯(lián)合硝呋太爾治療霉菌性陰道炎療效顯著，能明顯改善相關(guān)臨床癥狀和局部體征，有效降低氧化應(yīng)激產(chǎn)物及炎癥反應(yīng)，臨床應(yīng)用安全有效，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bai'an Lotion combined with nifuratel and nysfungin in treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods A total of 128 patients with mycotic vaginitis who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group (64 cases) and treatment group (64 cases). Patients in the control group received Nifuratel and Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules which was administered in the vagina after cleaning vulva before going to bed at night, and placed in the posterior fornix of the vagina, 1 grain/time, for continuous external usage for 7 d. Patients in the treatment group were given Bai'an Lotion on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, twice daily, and diluted to 100 mL with warm water to rinse the vagina, for consecutive 7 d. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the cure time of clinical symptoms, serum oxidative stress products and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of 96.88% in treatment group, which was significantly higher than that of control group (76.56%, P<0.05). After treatment, the cure time of clinical symptoms such as abnormal leucorrhea, vulva pruritus, vulva vaginal pain and mucosal congestion in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, ET-1 and MDA were significantly decreased, but NO and SOD were significantly increased in two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, ET-1 and MDA in treatment group were lower than those in control group, while NO and SOD in treatment group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-4, IL-6, CRP, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of these serum inflammatory factors in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bai'an Lotion combined with nifuratel and nysfungin has curative effect in treatment of mycotic vaginitis, and can significantly improve the relevant clinical symptoms and local signs, and effectively reduce oxidative stress products and inflammatory response, which is safe and effective in clinical application, and has certain clinical application value.
