目的 探討清喉利咽顆粒聯(lián)合頭孢呋辛酯片治療急性化膿性扁桃體炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年1月—2019年12月在天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)中新生態(tài)城醫(yī)院治療的106例急性化膿性扁桃體炎患者，隨機分為對照組（53例）和治療組（53例）。對照組口服頭孢呋辛酯片，0.25 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服清喉利咽顆粒，5 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療5 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀消失時間，血清炎性因子白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床有效率明顯比對照組高（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組退熱時間、咽痛消失時間及扁桃體膿性分泌物消失時間均明顯比對照組短（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清TNF-α、IL-6和hs-CRP水平均明顯比治療前低（P<0.05），且治療組均明顯比對照組低（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 清喉利咽顆粒聯(lián)合頭孢呋辛酯片治療急性化膿性扁桃體炎能夠明顯減輕患者臨床癥狀，抑制炎癥反應(yīng)，療效顯著，且安全性較好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with cefuroxime axetil in treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis. Methods Patients (106 cases) with acute suppurative tonsillitis in Sino-Singapore Eco-City Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control (53 cases) and treatment (53 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets, 0.25 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qinghou Liyan Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and serum levels of inflammatory IL-6, TNF-α, and hs-CRP in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the antipyretic time, the disappearance time of sore throat and the disappearance time of tonsil purulent secretion in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qinghou Liyan Granules combined with Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis and inhibit inflammatory reaction, and the curative effect is remarkable with good safety.
