目的 探討九味芩香含漱液治療正畸矯治牙齦炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年9月—2020年8月在鄭州市第二人民醫(yī)院接受固定正畸矯治的90例牙齦炎患者，隨機分為對照組（42例）和治療組（48例）。對照組患者在3餐后、睡前以10 mL生理鹽水含漱5～10 min，含漱后30 min內(nèi)禁食禁水；治療組3餐后和睡前含漱九味芩香含漱液，20 mL/次，5～10 min/次。兩組均連續(xù)治療3個月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者牙周指標(biāo)牙齦指數(shù)（GI）、齦溝出血指數(shù)（SBI）、菌斑指數(shù)（PLI）值，齦溝液炎癥因子腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為93.75%，明顯高于對照組的73.81%（P<0.001）。治療后，兩組患者GI、SBI、PLI值均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組TNF-α、PGE₂水平均較治療前顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 九味芩香含漱液可改善正畸矯治牙齦炎患者牙周指標(biāo)，減輕牙周組織炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jiuwei Qinxiang Gargle in treatment of orthodontic correction of gingivitis. Methods Patients (90 cases) with gingivitis in Zhengzhou Second Hospital from September 2016 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control (42 cases) and treatment (48 cases) groups. Patients in the control group gargled with 10 mL normal saline for 5 — 10 min after three meals and before bed, no food and water within 30 min after gargling. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Jiuwei Qinxiang Gargle, 20 mL/time, 5 — 10 min/times. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the periodontal indexes of GI, SBI, and PLI value, the inflammatory factors of TNF-α and PGE₂ in gingival crevicular fluid in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 73.81% in the control group (P<0.001). After treatment, the values of GI, SBI, and PLI in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α and PGE2 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and these in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jiuwei Qinxiang Gargle can improve the periodontal index of patients with gingivitis, reduce the inflammatory reaction of periodontal tissue, which has a certain clinical application value.
