目的 探討益血生膠囊聯(lián)合琥珀酸亞鐵片治療妊娠貧血的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年6月—2020年12月天津市第一中心醫(yī)院收治的100例妊娠貧血患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例。對照組口服琥珀酸亞鐵片，200 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服益血生膠囊，4粒/次，2次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組的總有效率，比較兩組患者治療前后血清血紅蛋白、轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白受體、鐵蛋白水平以及不良妊娠發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率（90.00%）明顯高于對照組（74.00%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血紅蛋白、轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白受體、鐵蛋白水平顯著升高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組的血紅蛋白、轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白受體、鐵蛋白水平比對照組高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療組不良妊娠結(jié)局的發(fā)生率（8.00%）明顯低于對照組（22.00%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 益血生膠囊聯(lián)合琥珀酸亞鐵片可提高妊娠貧血的臨床療效，調(diào)節(jié)血紅蛋白、轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白受體、鐵蛋白水平，降低不良妊娠結(jié)局的發(fā)生。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yixuesheng Capsules combined with Ferrous Succinate Tablets in treatment of pregnancy anemia. Methods Patients (100 cases) with pregnancy anemia in Tianjin First Central Hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ferrous Succinate Tablets, 200 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yixuesheng Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the serum levels of hemoglobin, transferrin receptor, ferritin, and the occurrence of adverse pregnancy were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (90.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (74.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of hemoglobin, transferrin receptor, and ferritin in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). The serum levels of hemoglobin, transferrin receptor, and ferritin in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the treatment group (8.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (22.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Yixuesheng Capsules combined with Ferrous Succinate Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of pregnancy anemia, regulate the levels of hemoglobin, transferrin receptor, and ferritin, and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
