目的 探討滋腎育胎丸聯(lián)合黃體酮軟膠囊治療早期先兆流產(chǎn)的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年1月—2020年12月天津中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的100例早期先兆流產(chǎn)患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例。對照組每晚口服黃體酮軟膠囊，200 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服滋腎育胎丸，5 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后的癥狀消失情況、血流動力學(xué)指標(biāo)和激素水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為96.00%，對照組為84.00%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組陰道流血、下腹墜脹、腹痛、腰酸消失例數(shù)明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組陰道流血、下腹墜脹、腹痛、腰酸消失例數(shù)降低情況優(yōu)于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的平均血流速度明顯升高，阻力指數(shù)、搏動指數(shù)明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組的平均血流速度比對照組高，阻力指數(shù)、搏動指數(shù)比對照組低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的孕酮、β-絨毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）水平顯著升高（P<0.05）；且治療組的孕酮、β-HCG水平高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 滋腎育胎丸聯(lián)合黃體酮軟膠囊治療早期先兆流產(chǎn)的療效確切，能減輕臨床癥狀，改善血流動力學(xué)水平，且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai Pills combined with Progesterone Soft Capsules in treatment of early threatened abortion. Methods Patients (100 cases) with early threatened abortion in First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Progesterone Soft Capsules at night, 200 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zishen Yutai Pills on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance of symptoms, hemodynamic indicators, and hormone levels of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.00% in the treatment group and 84.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the number of cases of vaginal bleeding, lower abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and lumbar acid disappearance in two groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05). The number of cases of vaginal bleeding, lower abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and lumbar acid disappearance of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of progesterone and β-HCG in two groups were increased significantly (P<0.05), and the levels of progesterone and β-HCG in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Zishen Yutai Pills combined with Progesterone Soft Capsules is effective in the treatment of early threatened abortion, can reduce the clinical symptoms, improve the level of hemodynamics, with good safety.
