目的 探討復(fù)方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合依帕司他片治療糖尿病腎病的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年10月—2020年12月佛山市高明區(qū)中醫(yī)院收治98例糖尿病腎病患者作為研究對象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將98例患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各49例。對照組口服依帕司他片，50 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方血栓通膠囊，1.5 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療3個月。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后的生活質(zhì)量、血糖指標(biāo)和腎功能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為93.88%，對照組總有效率為83.67%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的糖尿病生存質(zhì)量特異性量表（QSQL）評分顯著降低（P<0.05），以治療組QSQL評分降低的更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2小時血糖值（2 h PG）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后兩組的FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c對比，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。治療后，兩組的胱抑素C（Cys-C）、轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子-β₁（TGF-β₁）、尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組患者的Cys-C、TGF-β₁、UAER水平比對照組低，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合依帕司他片治療糖尿病腎病的療效確切，可改善生活質(zhì)量和腎功能，且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsules combined with Epalrestat Tablets in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Patients (98 cases) with diabetic nephropathy in Foshan Gaoming District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Epalrestat Tablets, 50 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and quality of life, blood glucose, and renal function in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.88%, and that of the control group was 83.67% (P<0.05). After treatment, the QSQL scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the QSQL scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the FBG, 2 h PG, and HbA1c of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in FBG, 2 h PG, and HbA1c between two groups. After treatment, the levels of Cys-C, TGF-β₁, and UAER in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Cys-C, TGF-β₁, and UAER in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong Capsules combined with Epalrestat Tablets are effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, can improve renal function and quality of life, with good safety.
