1-4)和左股骨頸的骨密度、視覺模擬疼痛評分法(VAS)評分、WHO生存質量測定量表簡表(WHOQOL-BREF)評分、骨代謝指標。結果 治療后,治療組的總有效率(93.33%)高于對照組(66.67%),兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組腰椎正位(L1-4)、左股骨頸的骨密度較治療前升高(P<0.05),且治療組腰椎正位(L1-4)、左股骨頸的骨密度較對照組高(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組VAS評分降低,心理狀態(tài)評分、社會關系評分、生理功能評分、環(huán)境評分較治療前升高(P<0.05),且治療組VAS評分較對照組低,心理狀態(tài)評分、社會關系評分、生理功能評分、環(huán)境評分均較對照組高(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組骨鈣素(BGP)、人骨堿性磷酸酶(BALP)水平均顯著升高,I型膠原交聯(lián)羧基末端肽(CTX-I)水平較治療前下降(P<0.05),且治療組BGP、BALP水平高于對照組,CTX-I水平較對照組低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。兩組血鈣離子(Ca2+)組間比較無統(tǒng)計學差異。結論 骨愈靈膠囊聯(lián)合唑來膦酸注射液治療絕經(jīng)后骨質疏松癥,可促進癥狀緩解,有效改善骨代謝指標,阻止骨質疏松癥疾病進展,提高患者生活質量。;Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guyuling Capsules combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Patients (60 cases) with postmenopausal osteoporosis in Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from March 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Zoledronic Acid Injection, 5 mg added into normal saline 100 mL, once every 3—4 weeks. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guyuling Capsules on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae (L1-4) and left femoral neck, VAS scores, WHOQOL-BREF scores, bone metabolism indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (93.33%) was higher than that of the control group (66.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density of lumbar spine (L1-4) and left femoral neck in two groups were higher than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the bone mineral density of lumbar spine (L1-4) and left femoral neck in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of two groups were decreased, and the scores of psychological state, social relationship, physiological function, and environment in two groups were increased (P<0.05). And the VAS scores of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of psychological state, social relationship, physiological function, and environment of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of BGP and BALP in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, but the levels of CTX-I in two groups were lower than that before treatment (P<0.05). And the levels of BGP and BALP in treatment group were higher than those of control group, but the levels of CTX-I in treatment group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference of Ca2+ levels between two groups. Conclusion Guyuling Capsules combined with Zoledronic Acid Injection in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis can promote the remission of symptoms, effectively improve bone metabolism indexes, prevent the progression of osteoporosis, improve the quality of life of patients."/>
