目的 探討黃豆苷元片聯(lián)合巴曲酶注射液治療突發(fā)性耳聾耳鳴的臨床療效。方法 選擇2018年3月—2020年3月在鄭州大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院治療的98例突發(fā)性耳聾耳鳴患者，根據(jù)藥物使用的差別分成對照組和治療組，每組各49例。對照組靜脈滴注巴曲酶注射液，首次20 BU加入生理鹽水100 mL，1次/2 d，維持劑量5 BU；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服黃豆苷元片，50 mg/次，3次/d。兩組患者均經(jīng)3周治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀改善時間，血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血漿黏度和紅細胞壓積水平，及PSQI、THI和SF-36評分。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療，治療組總有效率為97.96%，顯著高于對照組的83.67%（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，治療組耳鳴、眩暈、耳悶改善時間均早于對照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血漿黏度及紅細胞壓積均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組降低最顯著（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者PSQI評分和THI量表評分顯著降低，而SF-36評分顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組這些評分明顯好于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 黃豆苷元片聯(lián)合巴曲酶注射液治療突發(fā)性耳聾耳鳴有著顯著療效，同時還能改善患者血液流變學(xué)和生活質(zhì)量，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Daidzein Tablets combined with batroxobin in treatment of sudden deafness and tinnitus. Methods Patients (98 cases) with sudden deafness and tinnitus in Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into control (56 cases) and treatment (56 cases) groups according to the difference of drugs. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Batroxobin Injection, the initial dose was 20 BU added into normal saline 100 mL, once every 2 days, and the maintenance dose was 5 BU. Patients in the treatment group po administered with Daidzein Tablets on the basis of the control group, 50 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, hemorheological indexes of whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, and hematocrit, the scores of PSQI, THI, and SF-36 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 97.96%, which was significantly better than 83.67% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of tinnitus, vertigo and ear tightness in treatment group was earlier than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, and hematocele were significantly decreased in two groups (P<0.05), and the decrease in treatment group was more significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the PSQI score and THI scale score in two groups were significantly decreased, while the SF-36 score were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these scores in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Daidzein Tablets combined with Batroxobin Injection is effective in the treatment of sudden deafness and tinnitus, can also improve hemorheology and quality of life of patients, which has a certain clinical application value.
