目的 探討康復新液對放射性口腔潰瘍患者免疫功能及炎性因子水平的影響。方法 選取2019年6月—2020年6月新余鋼鐵集團有限公司中心醫(yī)院收治的84例放射性口腔潰瘍患者，按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各42例。對照組采用2.5 mg地塞米松＋0.05 mg維生素B₁₂＋10 mL生理鹽水混合液含服，每次口含時間10 min，3次/d。在此基礎(chǔ)上治療組口含康復新液10 mL，每次口含時間為5 min，而后吞下藥液，3次/d。兩組持續(xù)治療至放療結(jié)束后2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治愈時間和疼痛持續(xù)時間、免疫功能和炎性因子指標。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率是97.62%，顯著高于對照組的76.19%（P<0.05）。治療過程中，治療組治愈時間、疼痛持續(xù)時間均顯著短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺均顯著升高，但CD8⁺均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組免疫功能指標改善優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細胞介素-8（IL-8）、干擾素-γ（IFN-γ）均較治療前顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組炎性因子水平顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 康復新液聯(lián)合地塞米松、維生素B₁₂治療放射性口腔潰瘍的療效顯著，能明顯促進患者口腔瘡面愈合，減輕疼痛和炎癥反應(yīng)，提高免疫功能，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid on the immune function and inflammatory factor levels in treatment of radioactive oral ulcer. Methods A total of 84 patients with radioactive oral ulcer treated in Central Hospital of Xinyu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected, and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 42 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given a mixture of 2.5 mg dexamethasone + 0.05 mg vitamin B₁₂ + 10 mL normal saline for 10 min, 3 times daily. On this basis, patients in the treatment group were treated with 10 mL Kangfuxin Liquid, and the oral time was 5 min each time, then the liquid was swallowed, three times daily. Both groups were treated until 2 weeks after the end of radiotherapy. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the cure time, pain duration, immune function, and inflammatory factors were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.62%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.19%) (P<0.05). During the course of treatment, the cure time and pain duration in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, CD3⁺, CD4⁺, and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ in both groups were significantly increased, but CD8⁺ was significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of immune function indexes in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of inflammatory factors in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kongfuxin Liquid combined with dexamethasone and vitamin B₁₂ has curative effect in treatment of radioactive oral ulcer, and can significantly promote the healing of the patient's oral wound, relieve pain and inflammation, and improve immune function, which has certain clinical application value.
