[摘要]
目的 觀察杞菊潤目顆粒聯(lián)合地夸磷索鈉滴眼液治療干眼癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年1月—2020年12月天津醫(yī)科大學總醫(yī)院收治的100例干眼癥患者,根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法將患者分為對照組(n=50)和治療組(n=50)。對照組患者給予地夸磷索鈉滴眼液,1~2滴/次,4次/d。治療組患者在對照組的基礎上口服杞菊潤目顆粒,1袋/次,2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效,比較兩組治療前后自覺癥狀評分、眼部癥狀指標和血清學因子的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組總有效率是88.0%,顯著高于對照組的68.0%(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組異物感評分、干澀評分、視疲勞評分、視物模糊評分及畏光評分均顯著降低(P<0.05);且治療后,治療組自覺癥狀評分低于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組淚膜破裂時間(BUT)、淚液分泌試驗(SIT)均顯著升高,但角膜熒光染色(FL)顯著降低(P<0.05);治療后,治療組眼表功能指標改善優(yōu)于對照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組白細胞介素-6(IL-6)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、白細胞介素-1β(IL-1β)均較治療前顯著降低(P<0.05);治療后,治療組炎癥因子水平低于對照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 杞菊潤目顆粒聯(lián)合地夸磷索鈉滴眼液治療干眼癥具有較好的臨床療效,可有效改善眼表功能,促進癥狀改善,調(diào)節(jié)炎性因子水平,具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

[Abstract]
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiju Runmu Granules combined with Diquafosol Sodium Eye Drops in treatment of xerophthalmia. Methods A total of 100 patients with xerophthalmia admitted to General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group (n=50) and treatment group (n=50) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were given Diquafosol Sodium Eye Drops, 1 — 2 drops/time, 4 times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qiju Runmu Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, twice daily. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the changes of conscious symptom scores, ocular symptom indexes, and serological factors before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (68.0%, P<0.05). After treatment, foreign body sensation score, dryness score, visual fatigue score, visual blur score, and photophobia score were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment, symptom score of treatment group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, tear film rupture time (BUT) and tear secretion test (SIT) were significantly increased in both groups, but corneal fluorescence staining (FL) was significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of ocular surface function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of inflammatory cytokines in treatment group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qiju Runmu Granules combined with Diquafosol Sodium Eye Drops has a good clinical effect in treatment of xerophthalmia, and can effectively improve the ocular surface function, and also can promote the symptoms, regulate the level of inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
