目的 觀察腦安滴丸聯(lián)合氟桂利嗪治療血管神經(jīng)性偏頭痛的臨床效果。方法 選擇2018年1月—2020年1月在天津市西青醫(yī)院治療的120例血管神經(jīng)性偏頭痛患者，隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組口服鹽酸氟桂利嗪片，5 mg/次，根據(jù)病情適量增減，每日劑量不可超過20 mg，2次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服腦安滴丸，20丸/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀改善時(shí)間，血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、脂蛋白a（LPA）、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）水平，腦血流指標(biāo)基底動脈（BA）、椎動脈（VA）、大腦前動脈（ACA）和后動脈（PCA）血流速度。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床總有效率明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組頭痛發(fā)作次數(shù)、頭痛持續(xù)時(shí)間均減少，且治療組少于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組hs-CRP、Hcy、LPA和VEGF均顯著下降，且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組BA、VA、ACA和PCA血流速度均顯著增加，且治療組明顯快于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腦安滴丸聯(lián)合氟桂利嗪治療血管神經(jīng)性偏頭痛，可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，改善腦血流速度，安全有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Naoan Dripping Pills combined with flunarizine in treatment of angioneurotic migraine. Methods Patients (120 cases) with angioneurotic migraine in Tianjin Xiqing Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Flunarizine Hydrochloride Tablets, 5 mg/time, increased or decreased the amount of medicine according to the condition, and the daily dosage should not exceed 20 mg, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Naoan Dripping Pills on the basis of the control group, 20 pills/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the serum indexes of hs-CRP, Hcy, LPA, and VEGF, the cerebral blood flow indexes of BA, VA, ACA, and PCA in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency of headache attacks and the duration of headache were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group was less than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, hs-CRP, Hcy, LPA, and VEGF in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the blood flow velocities of BA, VA, ACA, and PCA in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the blood flow velocity in the treatment group was significantly faster than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Naoan Dripping Pills combined with flunarizine in treatment of angioneurotic migraine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the cerebral blood flow velocity, and which is safe and effective.
