目的 探討大柴胡顆粒聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片治療慢性膽囊炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年3月—2020年3月商丘市第一人民醫(yī)院收治的150例慢性膽囊炎患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將150例患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各75例。對(duì)照組口服左氧氟沙星片，0.1 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服大柴胡顆粒，8.0 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組主觀疼痛程度、臨床癥狀改善情況和血清炎癥因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為96.00%，對(duì)照組為85.33%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的視覺模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組VAS評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的膽紅素恢復(fù)時(shí)間、白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)恢復(fù)時(shí)間、腹痛消失時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的前白蛋白（PA）水平顯著升高，白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、白細(xì)胞介素-15（IL-15）水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的PA水平高于對(duì)照組，IL-8、IL-15水平低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 大柴胡顆粒聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星片治療慢性膽囊炎的療效確切，能改善臨床癥狀，有效控制炎癥反應(yīng)，安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu Granules combined with Levofloxacin Tablets in treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods Patients (150 cases) with chronic cholecystitis in Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the method of random number table, and each group had 75 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Levofloxacin Tablets, 0.1 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Dachaihu Granules on the basis of the control group, 8.0 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and subjective pain, improvement of clinical symptoms, and serum inflammatory factor levels in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.00% in the treatment group and 85.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the bilirubin recovery time, white blood cell count recovery time, and abdominal pain disappearance time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PA in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of IL-8 and IL-15 in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PA in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, but the levels of IL-8 and IL-15 in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dachaihu Granules combined with Levofloxacin Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic cholecystitis, can improve the clinical symptoms, effectively control the inflammatory reaction, with good safety.
