目的 探討祛風(fēng)止痛膠囊聯(lián)合塞來昔布膠囊治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年6月—2020年10月鄭州市第七人民醫(yī)院收治的80例膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者作為研究對象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將80例患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各有40例。對照組口服塞來昔布膠囊，100 mg/次，2次/d。治療組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服祛風(fēng)止痛膠囊，1.8 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組的總有效率，比較兩組的步態(tài)特征、膝關(guān)節(jié)功能和血清炎癥因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者總有效率為92.50%，對照組為75.00%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的步速、步長顯著提高（P<0.05），以治療組步速、步長提高的更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的Lysholm評分顯著升高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的Lysholm評分比對照組高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-3（MMP-3）水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的PGE₂、IL-1β、MMP-3水平低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 祛風(fēng)止痛膠囊聯(lián)合塞來昔布膠囊可提高膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效，改善步態(tài)情況和關(guān)節(jié)功能，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with Celecoxib Capsules in treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with knee osteoarthritis in the 7 th People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from June 2018 to October 2020 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the method of random number table, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Celecoxib Capsules, 100 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qufeng Zhitong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.8 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and gait characteristics; joint function, and inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%, and that of the control group was 75.00%, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the walking speed and step length of two groups were significantly improved (P < 0.05), and the walking speed and step length of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the Lysholm scores of two groups was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the Lysholm scores of treatment group were higher than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PGE₂, IL-1β, and MMP-3 in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PGE₂, IL-1β, and MMP-3 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qufeng Zhitong Capsules combined with Celecoxib Capsules can improve the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis, improve gait characteristics and joint function, reduce inflammatory reaction, with good safety.
