目的 探討冠心蘇合軟膠囊聯(lián)合酒石酸美托洛爾片治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年4月—2019年10月于南陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院就診的188例冠心病心絞痛患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（94例）和治療組（94例）。對(duì)照組口服酒石酸美托洛爾片，3次/d，1片/次；治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服冠心蘇合軟膠囊，3次/d，2粒/次。兩組患者均治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀改善情況，心功能心排血指數(shù)（CI）、每搏量（SV）、左室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（LVEF）和心排量（CO）水平，血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能內(nèi)皮素（ET）、血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子（VEGF）和一氧化氮（NO）水平，氧化應(yīng)激丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶（GSH-PX）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組總有效率明顯低于治療組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組心絞痛發(fā)作頻率、持續(xù)時(shí)間及VAS評(píng)分均顯著低于治療前（P<0.05），且治療組顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組CI、SV、LVEF和CO均顯著高于治療前（P<0.05），且治療組顯著高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清ET和MDA水平顯著降低，而NO、VEGF、SOD和GSH-PX水平顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組這些指標(biāo)顯著好于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 冠心蘇合軟膠囊聯(lián)合酒石酸美托洛爾片治療冠心病心絞痛療效顯著，能有效改善患者心絞痛癥狀和心功能水平，與其能改善患者血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能及緩解氧化應(yīng)激水平有關(guān)。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Guanxin Suxeruan Capsules combined with metoprolol in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (188 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Nanyang Central Hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into control (94 cases) and treatment (94 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Guanxin Suhe Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of clinical symptom, the cardiac function of CI, SV, LVEF and CO levels, the vascular endothelial cell function of ET, NO and VEGF levels, and the oxidative stress MDA, SOD and GSH-PX levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, and VAS score in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, CI, SV, LVEF and CO in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ET and MDA were significantly decreased, while the levels of NO, VEGF, SOD and GSH-PX were significantly increased in two groups (P < 0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Guanxin Suhe Soft Capsules combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, which can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and the level of cardiac function, which is related to the improvement of vascular endothelial cell function and the relief of oxidative stress.
