目的 調(diào)查分析2018—2020年天津市津南醫(yī)院解熱鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎藥品的應(yīng)用情況及趨勢(shì)，為解熱鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎藥品的科學(xué)管理和合理應(yīng)用提供參考。方法 采用數(shù)據(jù)回顧性方法，對(duì)天津市津南醫(yī)院解熱鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎藥品的用藥總金額、用藥總數(shù)量及構(gòu)成比、限定日劑量（DDD）值、用藥頻度（DDDs）及日均費(fèi)用（DDC）等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析。結(jié)果 本院共有28種解熱鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎藥，涵蓋口服、注射、外用3種劑型。2018—2020年本院口服劑型的解熱鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎藥銷售金額呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降趨勢(shì)，構(gòu)成比逐年上升趨勢(shì)，到2020年其構(gòu)成比達(dá)到了82.06%。洛索洛芬鈉分散片和草烏甲素片的銷售金額及構(gòu)成比穩(wěn)居前3位。2018—2019年，除了布洛芬混懸液和氨咖黃敏口服溶液的排名發(fā)生變化，其他均未變動(dòng)。其中阿司匹林腸溶片連續(xù)3年穩(wěn)居首位。2018—2020年，硫辛酸注射液和注射用賴氨匹林的DDC排名始終保持前3位，2020年，注射用精氨酸阿司匹林DDC排名躍居第1位。除個(gè)別藥品B/A高于1.00，其他均接近1.00。結(jié)論 本院解熱鎮(zhèn)痛抗炎藥品的管理比較規(guī)范，藥物使用大致合理。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application and trend of antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital from 2018 to 2020, and provide references for the scientific management and rational application of antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs. Methods The data retrospective method was used to determine the total amount of antipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs used in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital, the total number of drugs used and the composition ratio, the DDD value, the frequency of use (DDDs) and the average daily cost (DDC) and other data were analyzed. Results There are 28 antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital, covering three dosage forms: oral, injection, and topical. From 2018 to 2020, the sales amount of oral dosage forms of antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital showed an upward trend and then a downward trend. The composition ratio increased year by year. By 2020, its composition ratio reached 82.06%. The sales amount and composition ratio of loxoprofen sodium dispersible tablets and aconitine sodium tablets rank among the top three. During 2018—2019, except for the ranking of ibuprofen suspension and aminokaxamine oral solution, there was no change. Among them, aspirin enteric-coated tablets ranked first for three consecutive years. From 2018 to 2020, the DDC rankings of lipoic acid injection and lysine for injection have always maintained the top three positions. In 2020, the DDC ranking of arginine aspirin for injection will jump to the first place. Except for individual drugs whose B/A is higher than 1.00, the others are close to 1.00. Conclusion The management of antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital is relatively standardized, and the use of drugs is generally reasonable.
