甲基丁香酚是一種廣泛存在的苯丙素類天然化合物，具有鎮(zhèn)痛、麻醉、抗過敏、抗炎、抗氧化和抗腫瘤等多種生物學(xué)活性，可能在促進(jìn)細(xì)胞再生、抗衰老和炎癥、腫瘤相關(guān)性疾病的防治中具有重要研究價(jià)值。充分了解甲基丁香酚的結(jié)構(gòu)和作用特點(diǎn)，避免不必要的毒副作用發(fā)生，對(duì)其開發(fā)利用具有重要意義。綜述了甲基丁香酚的生物學(xué)活性及其作用機(jī)制，以期為甲基丁香酚的深入研究和進(jìn)一步開發(fā)應(yīng)用提供參考依據(jù)。

Methyl eugenol is a ubiquitous natural compound of phenylpropanoids in spices and other culinary herbal products. It has various biological functions, such as analgesia, anesthesia, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, and anti-tumor. It may promote cell regeneration, anti-aging and may have important research value in the prevention and treatment of inflammation and tumor-related diseases. A full understanding of its structure and function characteristics to avoid unexpected side effects is of great significance to the development and utilization of methyl eugenol. This article reviews the biological activity of methyl eugenol and its mechanism of action, hoping to provide a reference for the in-depth research and further development and application of methyl eugenol.
