18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)為色譜柱,甲醇–0.1%磷酸水溶液為流動相,梯度洗脫,檢測波長為280 nm,柱溫30℃,體積流量為0.8 mL/min,進樣量10 μL。結果 6種成分在各自線性范圍內關系良好(r2≥0.999),平均加樣回收率99.0%~105.1%,RSD 1.41%~2.36%。結論 該方法簡便準確,重復性好,可用于炎可寧膠囊的質量控制。;Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride, baicalin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol, and emodin methyl ether in Yankening Capsules. Methods The Supelco Discovery C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the chromatographic column with mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution in gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The six components had a good relationship within their respective linear ranges (r2 ≥ 0.999). The average recovery rate of sample addition was 99.0%-105.1%, and the RSD was 1.41%-2.36%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Yankening Capsules."/>
