目的 探討婦炎康復(fù)膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素片治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年11月—2021年3月在天津市泰達(dá)醫(yī)院就診的112例慢性盆腔炎患者作為對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將112例患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各56例。對(duì)照組口服阿奇霉素片，0.5 g/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服婦炎康復(fù)膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患者治療期間下腹痛、腰骶脹痛、白帶異常、盆腔腫塊的改善時(shí)間。檢測(cè)患者治療前后血清白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、粒細(xì)胞-巨噬細(xì)胞集落刺激因子（GM-CSF）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為94.64%，對(duì)照組的總有效率為82.14%，兩組比較有明顯差異（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的下腹痛、腰骶脹痛、白帶異常、盆腔腫塊消失時(shí)間均明顯短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組IL-1β、MCP-1、GM-CSF水平明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的IL-1β、MCP-1、GM-CSF水平比對(duì)照組低（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 婦炎康復(fù)膠囊聯(lián)合阿奇霉素片治療慢性盆腔炎的療效顯著，可改善臨床癥狀，降低炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuyan Kangfu Capsules combined with Azithromycin Tablets in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Women (112 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Tianjin TEDA Hospital from November 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 56 cases. Women in the control group were po administered with Azithromycin Tablets, 0.5 g/time, once daily. Women in the treatment group were po administered with Fuyan Kangfu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Women in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the improvement time of lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral swelling pain, abnormal leucorrhea, and pelvic mass were compared between two groups. The levels of serum IL-1β, MCP-1, and GM-CSF were measured before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.64% in the treatment group, and 82.14% in the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance times of lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral swelling pain, abnormal leucorrhea, and pelvic mass in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β, MCP-1, and GM-CSF were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β, MCP-1, and GM-CSF in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fuyan Kangfu Capsules combined with Azithromycin Tablets is effective in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, which can improve clinical symptoms,, reduce inflammatory reaction.
