目的 觀察少腹逐瘀顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸左氧氟沙星片治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年7月—2020年7月鄭州大學(xué)第三附屬醫(yī)院收治的107例慢性盆腔炎患者，采用雙色球隨機(jī)分組法把患者分為對(duì)照組（53例）和治療組（54例）。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸左氧氟沙星片，100 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組·治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服少腹逐瘀顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。14 d為1個(gè)療程，兩組患者均治療3個(gè)療程。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組的盆腔內(nèi)包塊直徑、輸卵管直徑、臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間、炎癥因子。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率（88.89%）高于對(duì)照組（73.58%）（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者盆腔包塊、下腹疼痛、盆腔積液、腰骶脹痛消失時(shí)間均較對(duì)照組短（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組輸卵管直徑、盆腔內(nèi)包塊直徑較治療前縮小（P<0.05），且治療組輸卵管直徑、盆腔內(nèi)包塊直徑較對(duì)照組縮?。?i>P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清超敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平均較治療前降低（P<0.05），且治療組血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平較對(duì)照組降低更明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 少腹逐瘀顆粒聯(lián)合鹽酸左氧氟沙星片治療慢性盆腔炎的療效較好，可縮短癥狀消失時(shí)間，縮小盆腔內(nèi)包塊直徑和輸卵管直徑，降低炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Granules combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods Patients (107 cases) with chronic pelvic inflammation in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2018 to July 2020 were divided into the control group (53 cases) and the treatment group (54 cases) according to the two-color ball random method. Patients in the control group were po administered with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, 100 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shaofu Zhuyu Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. A course of treatment was14 d, and patients in two groups were treated for three courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the pelvic mass diameter, the fallopian tube diameter, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and the inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (88.89%) was higher than that of the control group (73.58%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance times of pelvic mass, lower abdominal pain, pelvic effusion, and lumbosacral pain in the treatment group were shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pelvic mass diameter and fallopian tube diameter in two groups were smaller than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the pelvic mass diameter and fallopian tube diameter in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β in two groups were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu Granules combined with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation, can shorten the disappearance times of symptoms, reduce the diameter of pelvic mass and fallopian tube, and reduce inflammatory reaction.
