目的 觀察香芍顆粒聯(lián)合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片復合包裝治療圍絕經期綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年6月—2020年8月在河南大學淮河醫(yī)院就診的117例圍絕經期綜合征患者，根據患者門診掛號順序將其分為對照組（58例）和治療組（59例）。對照組患者口服雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片復合包裝，1片/次，1次/d。治療組患者在對照組治療的基礎上口服香芍顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。以28 d為1個療程，兩組均治療2個療程。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀評分、性激素。結果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為91.53%，高于對照組的74.14%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組KMI評分均較治療前下降（P<0.05），且治療組KMI評分低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組雌二醇（E₂）水平較治療前升高，促黃體生成素（LH）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）水平較治療前降低（P<0.05），且治療組E₂水平高于對照組，LH、FSH水平低于對照組（P<0.05）。結論 香芍顆粒聯(lián)合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片復合包裝治療圍絕經期綜合征的療效較好，可改善臨床癥狀評分，調節(jié)患者性激素水平，且安全性好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiangshao Granules combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods Patients (117 cases) with perimenopausal syndrome in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from June 2017 to August 2020 were divided into the control group (58 cases) and the treatment group (59 cases) according to the order of patient registration. Patients in the control group were po administered with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiangshao Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. A course had 28 d, and patients in two groups were treated for two courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom scores and sex hormone in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.53%, which was higher than 74.14% in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the KMI scores of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the KMI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂ in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of LH and FSH were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of E₂ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but the levels of LH and FSH in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiangshao Granules combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome, can improve the clinical symptom score, and regulate the level of sex hormone in patients, with good safety.
