[摘要]
目的 探討利拉魯肽聯(lián)合二甲雙胍治療多囊卵巢綜合征對(duì)患者卵巢功能障礙的影響。方法 選取2019年3月—2020年3月在上海市金山區(qū)亭林醫(yī)院就診的112例多囊卵巢綜合征患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(56例)和治療組(56例)。對(duì)照組口服鹽酸二甲雙胍片,0.5 g/次,3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上皮下注射利拉魯肽注射液,0.6 mg/次,1次/d,連續(xù)用藥7 d后,劑量增至1.2 mg/次。兩組患者持續(xù)治療16周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組患者體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰島素(FINS)、胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR)、月經(jīng)周期率、抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)、血清性激素、卵泡數(shù)目、卵巢體積、卵巢間質(zhì)面積(SA)和卵巢總面積(TA)。結(jié)果 治療后,兩組患者BMI、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、AMH、促黃體生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、總睪酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)及卵泡數(shù)目、卵巢體積、SA和TA均明顯降低(P<0.05),且治療組上述指標(biāo)降低更明顯(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 利拉魯肽聯(lián)合二甲雙胍治療多囊卵巢綜合征的臨床效果更佳,且能改善患者卵巢功能障礙問題。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effect of liraglutide combined with metformin on ovarian dysfunction in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods Women (112 cases) with polycystic ovary syndrome in Tinglin Hospital of Shanghai Jinshan District from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control (56 cases) and treatment (56 cases) groups. Women in the control group were po administered with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.5 g/time, three times daily. Women in the treatment group were sc administered with Liraglutide Injection, 0.6 mg/time, once daily, and the dose increased to 1.2 mg/time after 7 d. Patients in two groups were treated for 16 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, the BMI, FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, menstruation rate, AMH, serum sex hormone, follicles number, ovarian volume, SA, and TA in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, BMI, FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, AMH, LH, FSH, T, E2, number of follicles, ovarian volume, SA and TA were significantly decreased in two groups (P < 0.05), and the above indexes were decreased more significantly in the treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Metformin combined with liralutide is more effective in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and can improve the ovarian dysfunction of patients.
