目的 分析天津市濱海新區(qū)漢沽中醫(yī)醫(yī)院抗菌藥物不良反應(yīng)（ADR）發(fā)生的規(guī)律及特點(diǎn)，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 對(duì)2006—2020年天津市濱海新區(qū)漢沽中醫(yī)醫(yī)院上報(bào)國家藥品不良反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)中心的105例抗菌藥物致ADR報(bào)告進(jìn)行整理，從患者性別、年齡、抗菌藥物種類、臨床表現(xiàn)、給藥途徑等方面進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 105例ADR報(bào)告中，女性患者比例略高于男性，患者年齡≤10歲和>60歲年齡段發(fā)生率較高，分別占32.38%、24.76%；頭孢菌素類抗菌藥物發(fā)生ADR例數(shù)最多，占25.71%，其次為青霉素類，占21.90%；ADR臨床表現(xiàn)主要為皮膚及附件損害，占51.91%；靜脈滴注為發(fā)生ADR的主要給藥途徑，占95.24%。結(jié)論 應(yīng)加強(qiáng)抗菌藥物不良反應(yīng)監(jiān)測(cè)工作，確?；颊哂盟幇踩?。

Objective To analyze the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) of antibiotics in Hangu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Tianjin Binhai New Area, to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods 105 ADR cases caused by antibiotics reported to National Center for adverse drug reaction monitoring by Hangu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Binhai New Area of Tianjin from 2006 to 2020 were analyzed. Statistical analysis was made on gender, age, types of antibiotics, clinical manifestations and route of adminisration. Results In 105 ADR reports, the proportion of female patients was slightly higher than that of male patients. The incidence rate of patients aged ≤ 10 years and > 60 years was higher, accounting for 32.38% and 24.76% respectively. The most ADR cases were caused by cephalosporins accounting for 25.71%. The second was penicillin, accounting for 21.90%, the main clinical manifestation of ADR was skin and accessory damage, accounting for 51.91%, intravenous drip was the main route of administration, accounting for 95.24%. Conclusion The monitoring of adverse drug reactions should be strengthened to ensure the safety of patients.
