目的 了解烏魯木齊市第四人民醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品的使用情況及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，為其合理用藥提供參考。方法 從醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)（HIS）系統(tǒng)中統(tǒng)計(jì)2017—2019年烏魯木齊市第四人民醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品的銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、限定日費(fèi)用（DDC）、藥品排序比（B/A）等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2017—2019年，烏魯木齊市第四人民醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品的銷售金額逐年增長(zhǎng)，奧沙西泮片、右佐匹克隆片、酒石酸唑吡坦片（10 mg）的銷售金額排名始終居前3；第二類精神藥品的DDDs也呈逐年增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)，2018—2019年右佐匹克隆片、阿普唑侖片、酒石酸唑吡坦片（10 mg）居于前3；2018—2019年各類第二類精神藥品的DDC排序較穩(wěn)定，奧沙西泮片、右佐匹克隆片、地西泮注射液的DDC較高；地西泮注射液、酒石酸唑吡坦片（5 mg）、勞拉西泮片（1 mg）、氯硝西泮片（0.5 mg）、扎來普隆片的B/A接近1.0。結(jié)論 烏魯木齊市第二類精神藥品的使用較為合理；臨床用藥還需個(gè)體化給藥，避免藥物依賴性的產(chǎn)生，杜絕第二類精神藥品的濫用。

Objective To understand the use and development trend of class Ⅱ psychotropic drugs of The Fourth People's Hospital of Urumqi, to provide reference for rational drug use. Methods From the hospital system, relevant data such as consumption amount, consumption sum, DDDs, DDC, and B/A of class Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in The Fourth People's Hospital of Urumqi from 2017 to 2019 were collected and analyzed. Results During 2017-2019, the consumption amount of class Ⅱ psychotropic durgs in The Fourth People's Hospital of Urumqi increased year by year, and the consumption amount of Oxazepam Tablets, Dexzopiclone Tablets, and Zolpidem Tartrate Tablets (10 mg) always in the top three. The DDDs of class Ⅱ psychotropic durgs also showed an increasing trend, from 2018 to 2019, Dexzopiclone Tablets, Alprazolam Tablets, and Zolpidem Tartrate Tablets (10 mg) were in the top three. During 2018-2019, the DDC ranking of class Ⅱ psychotropic durgs is relatively stable, the DDC of Oxazepam Tablets, Dexzopiclone Tablets, and Diazepam Injection were higher. The B/A of Diazepam Injection, Zolpidem Tartrate Tablets (5 mg), Lorazepam Tablets (1 mg), Clonazepam Tablets (0.5 mg), and Zaleplon Tablets were close to 1.0. Conclusions The use of class Ⅱ psychotropic durgs in The Fourth People's Hospital of Urumqi is more reasonable, while clinical medication still needs to be individualized, avoid the occurrence of drug dependence, and put an end to the abuse of class Ⅱ psychotropic durgs.
