目的 對(duì)咸陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院住院藥房第二類(lèi)精神藥品的用藥情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 收集2018—2020年咸陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院住院藥房第二類(lèi)精神藥品的用藥數(shù)據(jù)，將其銷(xiāo)售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費(fèi)用（DDC）及排序比（B/A）等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果 第二類(lèi)精神藥品以苯二氮類(lèi)為主，其銷(xiāo)售金額呈逐年增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)，其中阿普唑侖片的DDDs最大，連續(xù)3年均居第1位；咪達(dá)唑侖注射液（5 mg）的DDC排名較高，3年內(nèi)均居首位；注射用苯巴比妥鈉的B/A最小，阿普唑侖片的B/A最大。結(jié)論 咸陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院住院藥房第二類(lèi)精神藥品的臨床使用基本合理，應(yīng)根據(jù)不同患者的特點(diǎn)采取不同治療措施，盡量做到個(gè)體化給藥，確保臨床用藥規(guī)范合理。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in inpatient department of Xianyang Central Hospital, so as to provide references for clinical reasonable application. Methods The utilization date of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs in Xianyang Central Hospital from 2018 to 2020 was collected, and the sales sum, frequency of drug use (DDDs), daily average cost (DDC) and sequence ratio (B/A) of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs were analyzed. Results Benzodiazepines were the main type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs. The sales amount of the company increased year by year. Alprazolam Tablets had the largest DDDs ranking the first for three consecutive years. DDC of Midazolam Injection (5 mg) ranked the top in three years. Phenobarbital Sodium Injection had the lowest sequence ratio and Alprazolam Tablets had larger sequence ratio than others. Conclusion The use of the type Ⅱpsychotropic drugs is basically reasonable in inpatient department of Xianyang Central Hospital, and should be different according to individual characteristics to ensure that the use of drugs is standardized and reasonable.
