目的 探討蟲(chóng)草清肺膠囊聯(lián)合布地奈德福莫特羅治療慢性喘息性支氣管炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年2月—2021年2月在天津市寧河區(qū)醫(yī)院診治的188例慢性喘息性支氣管炎患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（94例）和治療組（94例）。對(duì)照組患者吸入布地奈德福莫特羅吸入粉霧劑，2吸/次，2次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服蟲(chóng)草清肺膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間、動(dòng)脈血酸堿度（pH）、動(dòng)脈血氧分壓（pO₂）、動(dòng)脈血二氧化碳分壓（pCO₂），及血清炎性因子白細(xì)胞介素8（IL-8）、白細(xì)胞介素6（IL-6）和腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者總有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組（98.93%vs 87.23%，P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間均明顯早于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血?dú)鈖H值、pO₂均明顯高于治療前，pCO₂明顯低于治療前（P<0.05），且治療組患者pH值、pO₂、pCO₂明顯好于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清炎性因子IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α水平明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組患者明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 蟲(chóng)草清肺聯(lián)合布地奈德福莫特羅治療慢性喘息性支氣管炎臨床療效好，能有效改善癥狀，降低炎性反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of Chongcao Qingfei Capsules combined with budesonide formoterol in treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Patients (188 cases) with chronic asthmatic bronchitis in Tianjin Ninghe Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control (94 cases) and treatment (94 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were inhalation administered with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation, 2 press/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Chongcao Qingfei Capsules, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the improvement time of clinical symptoms, pH, pO₂, pCO₂, and the levels of serum inflammatory factor in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (98.93% vs 87.23%, P< 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the pH of blood gas and pO₂ in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, but the pCO₂ was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and pH, pO₂ and pCO₂ in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-8, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Chongcao Qingfei Capsules combined with budesonide formoterol in treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis is remarkable, which can effectively improve the symptoms and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
