目的 探討止喘靈口服液聯合沙丁胺醇治療兒童喘息性支氣管炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2019年4月—20121年4月在周口市中心醫(yī)院治療的106例喘息性支氣管炎患兒，根據用藥的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各53例。對照組霧化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇霧化吸入溶液，0.5 mL/次加入生理鹽水2 mL，4次/d；治療組在對照組基礎上口服止喘靈口服液，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組均經1周治療。觀察兩組患兒臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患兒臨床癥狀改善時間，肺功能指標第1秒用力呼氣量（FEV₁）、第1秒用力呼氣量預計值百分比（FEV₁%）和第1秒用力呼氣量占所有呼氣量的比例（FEV₁/FVC），及炎癥介質可溶性細胞間黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）、嗜酸細胞陽離子蛋白（ECP）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、半胱氨酰白三烯（CysLTs）和白細胞介素-17（IL-17）水平。結果 經治療，對照組和治療組總有效率分別為84.91%和98.11%（P<0.05）。經治療，治療組患兒臨床癥狀改善時間明顯早于對照組（P<0.05）。經治療，兩組患兒FEV₁、FEV₁%、FEV₁/FVC均明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組升高更明顯（P<0.05）。經治療，兩組血清sICAM-1、ECP、IL-6、CysLTs、IL-17水平均明顯下降（P<0.05），且治療組下降最明顯（P<0.05）。結論 硫酸沙丁胺醇聯合止喘靈口服液治療兒童喘息性支氣管炎不但促使患兒癥狀改善，而且有利于肺功能及促炎因子的改善。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhichuanling Oral Liquid combined with salbutamol in treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children. Methods Children (106 cases) with asthmatic bronchitis in Zhoukou Central Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the difference of medication, and each group had 53 cases. Children in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Salbutamol Sulfate Nebules Inhalation Solution, 0.5 mL/time added into normal saline 2 mL, four times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Zhichuanling Oral Liquid, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 1 week. After treatment, the clinical evaluation was evaluated, the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the lung function indexes FEV₁, FEV₁%, and FEV₁/FVC, and the levels of inflammatory mediators ICAM-1, ECP, IL-6, CysLTs, and IL-17 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 84.91% and 98.11% respectively (P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, FEV₁, FEV₁%, and FEV₁/FVC in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the increase was more obvious in the treatment group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum sICAM-1, ECP, IL-6, CysLTs, and IL-17 in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the decrease was the most obvious in the treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Zhichuanling Oral Liquid combined with salbutamol in treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children can not only improve the symptoms of children, but also improve the lung function and pro-inflammatory factors.
