目的 探討一清膠囊聯(lián)合西帕依固齦液治療牙齦炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年4月—2021年4月在中國人民武裝警察部隊特色醫(yī)學(xué)中心口腔科就診治療的118例牙齦炎患者，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各59例。對照組患者給予西帕依固齦液，5 mL/次，含漱2～3 min，3次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服一清膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)服用藥物7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間、牙菌斑指數(shù)（PLI）評分、齦溝出血指數(shù)（SBI）評分、牙齦指數(shù)（GI）評分、齦溝液炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者總有效率是98.31%，顯著高于對照組的83.05%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組牙齦出血、牙齦紅腫、牙齦疼痛、口腔異味等癥狀好轉(zhuǎn)時間均短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組PLI、SBI、GI評分均顯著低于同組治療前（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組牙齦相關(guān)評分顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者牙齦溝液炎性因子白細胞介素17（IL-17）、可溶性細胞間黏附分子1（sICAM-1）、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNF-α）、C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療后，治療組齦溝液炎性因子水平顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 一清膠囊聯(lián)合西帕依固齦液治療牙齦炎療效明顯，能緩解臨床癥狀，并能降低牙齦相關(guān)指數(shù)及炎性因子，值得臨床借鑒及推廣。

Objective To investigate the clinical study of Yiqing Capsules combined with Xipayi Guying Liquid in treatment of gingivitis. Methods A total of 118 gingivitis patients treated in the Department of Stomatology, Special Medical Center of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number method, with 59 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Xipayi Guying Liquid, 5 mL/time, gargle for 2-3 min, 3 times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqing Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 capsules/time, 3 times daily. Patients in both groups continued to take drugs for 7 d. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, plaque index (PLI) score, gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) score, gingival index (GI) score, and inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.31%, significantly higher than that in the control group (83.05%, P < 0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of gingival bleeding, gingival swelling, gingival pain, bad breath and other symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, PLI, SBI and GI scores in two groups were significantly lower than before (P < 0.05). After treatment, the gingival correlation score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of inflammatory factor interleukin-17 (IL-17), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sicAM-1), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in gingival crevicular fluid in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yiqing Capsules combined with Xipayi Guying Liquid has obvious curative effect in treatment of gingivitis, and can alleviate clinical characteristics, and can effectively reduce gingival correlation index and inflammatory factors, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
