目的 探討和血明目片聯(lián)合卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘膠囊治療視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年8月—2020年11月在漯河市中心醫(yī)院就診的80例視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞患者作為研究對(duì)象，共80眼，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各40例、40眼。對(duì)照組口服卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘膠囊，0.3 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服和血明目片，1.5 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療2個(gè)月。觀察兩組治療后的治療效果，比較兩組的眼壓、最佳矯正視力、患眼動(dòng)脈的血流動(dòng)力學(xué)水平以及血清中腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、脂聯(lián)素（ADPN）、白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率（85.00%）比對(duì)照組的總有效率（65.00%）高（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的眼壓明顯降低，最佳矯正視力明顯升高（P<0.05）；且治療組的眼壓比對(duì)照組低，最佳矯正視力比對(duì)照組高（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的收縮期最大流速（PSV）、舒張末期血流速度（EDV）顯著升高，血管阻力指數(shù)（RI）顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組的PSV、EDV比對(duì)照組高，RI比對(duì)照組低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血清TNF-α、ADPN、IL-8水平明顯降低（P<0.05）；且以治療組血清TNF-α、ADPN、IL-8水平降低更明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 和血明目片聯(lián)合卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘膠囊治療視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞的療效確切，能夠改善患眼的血流動(dòng)力學(xué)水平、最佳矯正視力和眼壓，有助于減輕炎癥反應(yīng)，治療安全性較高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with Iodized Lecithin Capsules in treatment of retinal vein occlusion. Methods Patients (80 cases or 80 eyes) with retinal vein occlusion in Luohe Central Hospital from August 2017 to November 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases or 40 eyes. Patients in the control group were po administered with Iodized Lecithin Capsules, 0.3 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Hexue Mingmu Tablets on the basis of the control group, 1.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and intraocular pressure, best corrected visual acuity, hemodynamics indexes, and TNF-α, ADPN, and IL-8 in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (85.00%) was higher than that of the control group (65.00%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the intraocular pressure in two groups were significantly decreased, but the best corrected visual acuity in two groups were significantly increased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the intraocular pressure in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but the best corrected visual acuity in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PSV and EDV in two groups were significantly increased, but the RI in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PSV and EDV in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but RI in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, ADPN, and IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, ADPN, and IL-8 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Hexue Mingmu Tablets combined with Iodized Lecithin Capsules is effective in treatment of retinal vein occlusion, which can reduce inflammatory reaction and intraocular pressure, improve hemodynamic level and best corrected visual acuity, with good safety.
