目的 分析2018—2020年河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院中藥注射液的應(yīng)用情況及變化趨勢，為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 回顧性分析2018—2020年河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院中藥注射液的銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費用（DDC）及排序比（B/A）等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 由于2019年河南省對輔助用藥管理的加強，河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院中藥注射液的銷售金額出現(xiàn)暫時的下降，之后繼續(xù)呈現(xiàn)增長趨勢，品種數(shù)基本保持不變；近3年銷售金額排名前5的藥品中理血劑占到7個品種，僅1個補益劑是康艾注射液；注射用血栓通和丹紅注射液連續(xù)3年DDDs排名前2位，而且呈逐年下降趨勢；近3年來血必凈注射液、心脈隆注射液和瓜蔞皮注射液的DDC值穩(wěn)居前3，但是其值呈下降趨勢；近3年來痰熱清注射液和注射用燈盞花素的B/A的值位居前列。結(jié)論 河南中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院中藥注射液的應(yīng)用以理血劑為主，但還存在一些藥品不合理使用的現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)多方面加強監(jiān)管，促進臨床合理用藥。

Objective To analyze utilization and trend of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018 to 2020, to provide reference for clinical rational use. Methods By a retrospective review, the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018 to 2020 was selected, and consumption sum, DDDs, DDC, and B/A were statistically analyzed. Results Due to the strengthening of auxiliary drugs management in Henan Province in 2019, the consumption sum of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine temporarily decreased, and then continued to show a growth trend. The number of varieties basically remains invariant. The top 5 drugs in terms of consumption sum were 7 kinds of blood regulating agents for three years. The only tonic medicine was Kangai Injection. Xueshuangtong for Injections and Danhong Injections ranked the top two DDDs over the 3 years. Their DDDs steady declined year by year. The DDC values of Xuebijing Injections, Xinmailong Injection, and Pericarpium Trichosanthis Injections were in the top 3 injections for three years. Their DDC values came down every year. Tanreqing Injections and Breviscapine for injections ranked the top B/A over three years. Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is mainly blood regulating agents, but there are still some unreasonable use of drugs. The strengthening supervision in various aspects is necessary to promote the rational drug use.
