目的 分析2020年鄭州市第七人民醫(yī)院住院患者大株紅景天注射液的臨床應(yīng)用情況，為促進(jìn)中藥注射劑在臨床上的合理應(yīng)用提供參考。方法 采用回顧性分析方法，抽取鄭州市第七人民醫(yī)院2020年1月—12月使用大株紅景天注射液的住院患者病歷1 078份，對其適應(yīng)癥、用法用量、用藥療程、溶媒選擇、聯(lián)合用藥等進(jìn)行合理性分析。結(jié)果 1 078份病歷中，不合理使用例數(shù)774例，占總例數(shù)的71.80%，表現(xiàn)為適應(yīng)癥不適宜（12.34%）、用法用量不適宜（7.05%）、療程不適宜（36.64%）、溶媒選擇不當(dāng)（43.51%）、聯(lián)合用藥不適宜（7.14%）。結(jié)論 2020年鄭州市第七人民醫(yī)院大株紅景天注射液的臨床使用不合理情況廣泛存在，建議出臺有針對性的相關(guān)政策，并加強監(jiān)測和管控，促進(jìn)臨床合理用藥。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of Sofren Injection in patients in the 7th People's Hospital of Zhengzhou in 2020, to provide reference for promoting rational use of Traditional Chinese medicine injection in clinic. Methods With the retrospective analysis, the data of 1 078 medical records of inpatients who received Sofren Injection in The 7th People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January to December 2020 were collected, the reasonableness of its indications, usage and dosage, medication course, solvent selection and drug combination were analyzed. Results Among 1 078 medical records, there were 774 cases of unreasonable use, accounting for 71.80% of the total cases, which were shown as unsuitable selection (12.34%), unsuitable usage and dosage (7.05%), unsuitable course of medication (36.64%), unsuitable solvent selection (43.51%), and unsuitable drug combination (7.14%). Conclusion In 2020, unreasonable clinical use of Sofren Injection in The 7th People's Hospital of Zhengzhou was widespread. It is suggested to introduce relevant targeted policies, strengthen monitoring and control, and promote rational clinical drug use.
