目的 探討金梔潔齦含漱液聯(lián)合米諾環(huán)素治療慢性牙周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年3月—2021年8月在新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院第三附屬醫(yī)院收治的122例慢性牙周炎患者，共有患牙183顆，根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各有61例。對照組將鹽酸米諾環(huán)素軟膏注入牙周袋內(nèi)，略有溢出，1次/周。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上給予金梔潔齦含漱液，每次使用10 mL含漱15 min，6次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后的牙周指標、生活質(zhì)量和齦溝液中前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）、白細胞介素-8（IL-8）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率（86.69%）明顯比對照組（70.49%）高，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的探診深度、牙齦指數(shù)、菌斑指數(shù)顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療后治療組的探診深度、牙齦指數(shù)、菌斑指數(shù)比對照組更低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的口腔健康影響程度量表（OHIP-49）評分顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組患者OHIP-49評分明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組齦溝液PGE₂、IL-8水平顯著低于治療前（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組齦溝液PGE₂、IL-8低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 金梔潔齦含漱液聯(lián)合鹽酸米諾環(huán)素軟膏治療慢性牙周炎的療效確切，有助于減輕牙周癥狀，改善患者生活質(zhì)量，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，藥物安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jinzhi Jieying Gargle combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment in treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods Patients (122 cases, 183 teeth) with chronic periodontitis in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from March 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 61 cases. Patients in the control group were injected into the periodontal bag with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment, and slight overflow, once weekly. Patients in the treatment group were given Jinzhi Jieying Gargle on the basis of the control group, rinsed 10 mL each time for 15 min, six times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and periodontal indexes, quality of life, and the levels of PGE₂ and IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (86.69%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.49%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the probing depth, gingival index, and plaque index of two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the probing depth, gingival index, and plaque index of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P< 0.05). After treatment, the OHIP-49 score of two groups was significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the OHIP-49 score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PGE₂ and IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of PGE₂ and IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion Jinzhi Jieying Gargle combined with minocycline is effective in treatment of chronic periodontitis, which can reduce periodontal symptoms, improve patients' quality of life, and reduce inflammatory reaction, with good drug safety.
