芒柄花素屬于異黃酮類化合物，是黃芪中異黃酮類化合物的代表成分，具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗腫瘤、雌激素樣作用。對芒柄花素保護腦血管系統(tǒng)、保護心血管系統(tǒng)、抗腫瘤作用、對糖尿病心肌病的保護作用等進行了總結，以期為芒柄花素的基礎研究和臨床應用提供依據。

Formononetin belongs to isoflavones. It is one of the active components in Astragali Radix. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antitumor effects, and estrogenic effects. This paper reviews the pharmacological effects of formononetin, such as protection of cerebrovascular system and cardiovascular system, anti-tumor effect, and protective effect on diabetic cardiomyopathy, etc., in order to provide a theoretical basis for the basic research and clinical application of formononetin.
